Teaming with its foster families, Wayne Provision provides an environment of safety and continued development by meeting the youth's unique needs and independent living skills.
Services foster families can expect to have as a source of support through Wayne Provision include:
Case Management
Cognitive/Behavioral Therapy
Medication Management
Family Support
Foster Families
Give without the expectation of immediate returns;
Have room in your home and in your daily life;
Learn and use proven behavioral management skills;
Love and care for children with experienced trauma ;
Work with team members to support the child's case plan
Requirements
At least 21 years of age;
Must be fingerprinted and pass a background check;
Participate in an Informational Meeting & complete TN-KEY training;
Participate in a Home Study;
Provide documentation of a sufficient income;
Complete a health exam.
Ongoing training per DCS policy and Agency requirement
